Bok! I’m Lucie and I’m come from the Southern Alps in France. I’m passionate about wildlife studies, and by getting involved in various monitorings, I fell in love with birds. I studied nature conservation and agroecology, thus I am also very interested in the links between sustainable agriculture and biodiversity conservation.
Volunteering in Croatia for me is a great opportunity to discover other bird monitorings and how they are approached abroad. Spending a summer in Beli enables me to live close to those wonderful Griffon vultures, to learn more about their behaviour and help preserve their populations. And from what I’ve already seen, Beli is such a unique place to experience : I especially love the quiet, beautiful landscapes and amazing biodiversity that surrounds me here.
